Making his debut in the 1989-90 season for Feyenoord, Victoria soon went abroad to German giants Bayern München. He played for the reserves of the club and without opportunities for the first team, returned home after two seasons.

From 1993 to 1998 he was under contract at de Graafschap before moving to Willem II.

In 2006, former Willem II captain Raymond Victoria (Ραιμόντ Βικτόρια) has signed a 2-year contract until 2008 at AEK Larnaca from Cyprus. After one season, he left the club on a free transfer.

He joined ADO Den Haag for the season 2007-2008 and has helped the club for the promotion to the 'Eredivisie'. Just before the end of the season the club announced not to renew his contract. When Victoria suffered a bad injury in the play-off match against RKC, he retired from professional football in May 2008.
