Rotterdam-born Seedorf played in several youth teams of Sparta Rotterdam before going abroad. Seedorf started playing at the Belgian club Beveren since 2006. Starting in the youth teams of Beveren he made his debut in the 2007-08 season for the first team. He was under contract until 2009 but his contract was not extended. He moved home to start training at the FC Den Bosch reserves.

In Janury 2010 Seedorf moved for a short period to Cyprus before returning home in July 2010 signing a 1-year contract at FC Oss. In December 2010 he left the club due to minimal matchplay.

FK Tauras Tauragė was the new club for Seedorf. He announced his signing at the Lithuanian club in April 2011. Seedorf was released from his contract in 2012 and moved to Armenian club FC Gandzasar. He was released on a free transfer in January 2013.

In the 2013-14 season, Seedorf is playing in the Dutch Topklasse for Haaglandia Sir Winston. At the end of the season he retired from professional football and joined SC REMO, a club on amateur level in The Hague.

Regilio is the nephew of Clarence Seedorf.
