| Jan-Paul Saeijs played in 2009 abroad. In the second half of the 2008-09 season he was loaned out to Southampton in the Championship. His loan contract had an option that when the club managed to prevent relegation, he was signed on a permanent deal. However Southampton its parent company went into administration and after a 10 point deduction, the club relegated to the League One. Saeijs went back to Roda for his final contract year.
In 2010 Saeijs signed a 2-year contract at de Graafschap. At the end of the contract period, he returned to his former club in Den Haag. He is playing at Topklasse club HBS in the 2012-13 season. |
