Without even played an official match, Moens gave his contract back to Genoa because of a lack of ambition. After being without a club for a whole season, Willem II decided to sign the keeper in the summer of 2004. He signed a 3-year contract.

Moens moved to PSV Eindhoven in 2006 as backup goalie for Gomes. He decided to hang up his boots in June 2007 missing the spirit for another season the understudy. However in the season 2008-09 he returned to Willem II as back-up goalie. But he did not play an official competition match and his contract was expired in June 2009.

At April 1 2010, Moens picked up his shoes again and joined the Dayton Dutch Lions FC in the United States. The club was found by Dutchman Erik Tammer and played in the US PDL division of 2010. He has signed a 4-months contract until August and returned home at the end of the short season.

The veteran goalie signed in November 2010 a contract at Sparta Rotterdam until the end of the 2010-11 season. He played 15 matches for the Rotterdam club. At the end of the season, he used the option to extend with another year until June 2012. However, in June 2011 he decided to retire from professional football immediately. He was offered a job at the Rotterdam club.
