After relegation of his German club at the end of the 2011-12 season, Waterman returned home. He signed a 1-year contract at PSV Eindhoven for the 2012-13 season. In the start of the season he was the backup of first choice goalie Tyton. However after a row of weak results, coach Advocaat gave Waterman his trust and he was the first goalie of PSV for the rest of the season. At the end of the season, his contract expired, was not extended and he left the club on a free transfer.

Boy Waterman signed a 2-year contract at Turkish club Karabukspor in summer 2013. The goalkeeper made his second move abroad in his career. At the end of his contract he moved to Cyprus to sign a 2-year contract at APOEL Nicosia. Waterman was under contract until July 2020.
