In July 2013, Romario Kortzorg moved from Dordrecht to Bulgaria to sign for Botev Plovdiv on a 3-year deal. After one season he left Bulgaria to go to Germany where he signed a 2-year contract at Erzgebirge Aue until 2016. In summer 2015 he moved to Romania to sign for Tārgu-Mures. Kortzorg joined the club together with fellow Dutchman Luis Pedro after a succesful trial in Austria.

Kortzorg moved to Dinamo Bucharest in January 2016 and signed a contract until the end of the season. At the end of the season Kortzorg left the club from the capital city of Romania. Kortzorg did find another Romanian club, when he signed a contract until the end of the season at Astra Giurgiu in September 2016. In July 2017 he moved to Concordia Chiajna for the 2017-18 season. In March 2018 he moved to Vietnam and he is currently under contract at Nam Dinh.
