PSV youth academy product Jordy de Wijs moved abroad in summer 2018. After loan spells at Excelsior, the defender finally chooses a new challenge and signed a 3-year contract at Championship side Hull City. He became three times League champions but mainly as substitute. His chances for a regular spot in the starting eleven of PSV were minimal. The final half season of his contract, he went to Queens Park Rangers on a hire until June 2021.
Jordy de Wijs is a U21 international and son of Edwin de Wijs who also has a spell abroad (Belgium) in his professional football career. |
